• Begin with smaller quantities (under 50 ml) and listen to your body for any adverse reactions, which are usually rare. Light bloating, burping and gas release are normal side effects due to the presence of probiotics and mild fizz.
• Increase quantity to 200 to 500 ml daily. 
• Ideal time to drink is between meals, with a snack or post-workout
• divs Sparkling Elaneer can replace coffee, tea, packaged juice or any soft drink

divs Sparkling Elaneer must be stored in the refrigerator 2-4 degrees celsius at any point of time.

Fermentation will restart if the bottle is not refrigerated. Burp the bottle (open the bottle, release gas and close immediately) regularly.

Storing it uncovered, or storing in room temperature is not recommended.

Pregnant women absolutely need probiotics as it has direct correlation with the baby’s immunity and gut health. While we don’t consider any of our drinks entirely unsafe during pregnancy, we encourage you to make your own informed decision using the following disclosures:

• divs is classified under non-alcoholic drinks (under 0.5% ABV)
• Temperature fluctuations may cause alcohol content in Sparkling Elaneer to rise, so finish immediately upon opening.
• divs is DNA-tested for multiple strains of probiotics.
• divs is not a significant source of caffeine

divs Sparkling must be stored in the refrigerator 2-4 degrees celsius at any point of time, and can be consumed within 2 months from date of bottling unopened. Burping the bottle may be required, refer to storage instruction above.

We don’t encourage you to break a fast with divs Sparkling Elaneer, directly on an empty stomach, unless you are primed, a regular drinker or don’t experience adverse effects. Post work out or activity is usually the best time to drink it.

If you are intermittent fasting, or fasting for any other reason, we recommend consuming our drinks during the feeding window.
