We typically dispatch products with 1-2 business days from order

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

  • Incorrectly Placed Orders

Store Credit: If you have placed an order incorrectly (wrong delivery method, or choosing a product that does not deliver to your location), we are unable to accept returns. Instead, we will issue store credit for the full amount of the order. Please contact us at at the email address mentioned below with your original invoice or order confirmation for assistance.


  • Unfulfilled Orders

Refunds: If the product you ordered will not be restocked or shipped out within one week of your order, we will issue a full refund within 7 days.


  • Shipping Carrier Issues

First Attempt: If your shipment does not arrive due to issues with the shipping carrier, we will attempt to reship the product. We will cover the cost of reshipping in this case. Our product requires immediate refrigeration upon arrival.

Second Attempt: If the product fails to arrive after a second shipping attempt due to carrier issues, you will be eligible for a refund. Our product requires immediate refrigeration upon arrival.


  • ⁠Partial Damage During Shipment

Store Credit: If your shipment arrives partially damaged (e.g., broken bottles, spilled contents), we will issue store credit. To process this, you must provide clear photos and videos of the damage. Store credit can be redeemed within one year from the date of the original order. Contact us at hi@divs.in with the required documentation and your original invoice or order confirmation.


  • Product Defects or Expectations

Store Credit: If the beverage is defective (e.g., taste or quality issues) or does not meet your expectations, we will issue store credit. Our beverages will continue to ferment in transit, and taste changes are possible. For quality concerns, please contact us at hi@divs.in with details of the issue and your original invoice or order confirmation. Store credit is available for use within one year from the date of the original order.


  • Shipping and Handling

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options via 3rd party who will ship in room temperature. Chennai deliveries will be via third party delivery service. Products available for Chennai delivery may not deliver to rest of India.

Shipping Restrictions: Due to the nature of our products, we currently ship only within India. We are unable to ship to international addresses at this time.

Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive a tracking number via email and phone number once your order has been shipped.
